I love Tai Chi! I usually did it in my spare time at least twice a week to help keep fit. I'm 42 right now and during this past three years, I've seen tremendous changes in my physical fitness after taking up this sport. Now, I felt like I'm back to my Elvis day. Through this video of mine, I just like to share this beautiful and graceful movement of martial art form, but don't take my performance to judge as I'm still a novice compared to the expert and I'm no taiji master!
